Our policy is simple and direct. We value your personal information and ensure it is safe by using encryption technology. To ensure secure communication, we recommend that all customers upgrade their browsers. Many of the old browsers will not allow access to the newer websites. We do not store your credit card information in our databases. Your credit card information is sent once to our online processing authority with SSL encryption.  Afterwards only a transaction number and approval code is stored in our databases.

Additionally, only Court personnel or Monitoring agencies, DMV, or authorized school staff will have access to your information. We will not sell or distribute, or make available any of your information to any other parties.
