3)     Complete the On- line Final Exam. The Final will consists of a 25 question multiple choice test, depending on your Court. Please read below about your court*

Choose the court which has issued your citation:

*NOTE: If you’ve received your Citation in Butte, Glen, Lesson, Napa, , Riverside, Santa Cruz, Stanislaus or Tuolumne, Counties, your courts require you to take a 40 question Final Exam. You must answer 32 or more questions correctly in (80%) to pass. You will be directed to another site for your Final Exam. There is no hidden cost for the final exam. You are also required to complete the program 10 days prior to your Due Date.

* If you Received you Citation from Los Angeles Superior Court, your court requires you to have a 50 question final exam and you must also meet the 400 minute requirement

* If you Received your Citation in Contra Costa, Del Norte, Plumas, San Francisco, Sierra Downieville or Solano Counties, your courts also require you to take a 40 question Final Exam. You must answer 32 or more questions correctly in (80%) to pass. You will be directed to another site for your Final Exam. There is no hidden cost for the final exam. You are also required to complete the program 10 days prior to your Due Date.

UPS Option

If you have received your citation through Butte, Glen, Lesson, Napa, Riverside, Santa Cruz, Stanislaus or Tuolumne Counties, these courts contract with a third party (Net Integrated Systems NIS). Not Guilty Traffic School does not issue your Certificate of Completion, you must call (888) 647-3926 for Certificate options. There will be an extra charge for this service. Not Guilty Traffic School can only ship workbook by UPS
