  • Select a court from the list and complete our On-line registration
  • Study our On-line Course Material
  • Complete the quizzes and Final Exam. The Final will consists of a *25 question multiple choice test, depending on the court that had issued you your citation. You must receive an 80% in order to pass in all courts.
  • Once you have passed with an 80% your Certificate of Completion will be handled:

1. If your citation was received in:Alameda, El Dorado, Fresno, Humboldt, Kern, Merced, Monterey, Mariposa, Nevada, Placer, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Shasta, Sonoma, Stanislaus, Tulare, Tuolumne or Yolo County Courts. All certificates of completion will be electronically filed with the court where you received your citation. You will also be notify by the court once your Certificate of completion is dismissed either by email or by a text message on cell phone (If it was given during registration).

2. If your citation was received in:San Bernardino, San Diego, San Joaquin, and San Mateo County Courts. Your certificate of completion will be mailed to you. It will be your responsibility to sign the certificate of completion you can mail it to the court or walk it in. The court will except the original there are no faxed copies allowed.

Attention Read About your Court

*If you’ve received your Citation in Butte, Glen, Imperial, Lake, Lesson, Napa, Riverside, Santa Cruz, or Ventura County Courts. These courts contract with a third party (Coordinated Court Services CCS) Once you have passed with an 80%, your Certificate of Completion will be sent to the court in your behalf. All Certificate related questions or any regards to your Certificate of Completion should be directed to them by calling 888-647-3926. * If you received your citation in (CCS) counties you are required to complete the program 7 days prior to your Due Date.

* If your received your Citation in Los Angeles Superior Court, your court requires a 50 question final exam. Once you have successfully completed our course (80% required to pass the final exam), the original Certificate of Completion will be faxed directly to the court in your behalf, except for Downey. For all online students you can print a copy for your records. It will be your Responsibility to contact the court and follow up on your case to ensure that they have received our fax. We mail all Certificate of Completion to the Downey court in your behalf.

* If you received your citation in Amador, Contra Costa, Del Norte, Plumas, San Francisco, Sierra Downieville, Siskiyou, Solano County, your court contacts with a Third Party, National Traffic Safety Administration (NTSA). You will be directed to another site for your final exam, your final exam will be a 40 question and you must receive an 80% in order to pass. You must also pass 10 days prior to your Court Due Date. Once you have passed with an 80%, your Certificate of Completion will be mailed to the court in your behalf. You will receive a conformation in your email for your records. If you have any questions about your Certificate of Completion you will need to contact NTSA at (800) 539-8188 ex 304 or option 2
