In the unlikely event you do not pass our course. Our staff at Not Guilty Traffic School will refund all course fees. Keep in mind you will have several opportunities to pass the open book final exam.

The money back guarantee will not apply when:

• You have completed the course and we processed your Certificate of Completion
• You give us insufficient information
• You have failed to be effective on all of your chances to pass your final exam
• Your Completion Date or Due date has expired and the court will not accept your Certificate of Completion
• If it is recognized you have cheated or have given false information
• If you accidentally or intentionally registered for our course for a court that is not listed on our approved court page
