Attention For Commercial drivers: If you have a Class A, class B or a commercial class C, you are not allowed to complete a traffic violator course in lieu of adjudicating the citation or having the point masked on your driving record. You are also prohibited from attending a traffic violator course, regardless of the type of license if the violation occurred while operating a commercial vehicle.

Important Information for Glenn, Napa, Santa Cruz, Stanislaus & Tuolumne Superior Courts. On Oct 8, 2007 your courts are going to require Identify Verification while taking your final exam.

All completed certifications are processed within 24 hours and you have the option for speedy delivery of your certificate.

Attention Los Angeles County Courts Requirements :

Los Angeles County courts requires all students to take a 50 question final exam, you must receive an 80% in order to pass. Once you have passed the final exam, your Certificate of Completion will be mailed or faxed to your court on your behalf. We will mail you a copy for your records.

Important: After completing your traffic school course it will be your Responsibility to contact the court and follow up on your case to ensure that they have received your Certificate of Completion.

Attention Identity Verification Requirements For: Alameda County Courts, Kern County Court, San Bernardino County Courts and San Diego County Courts requires that all students prove their Identity while taking the final exam. We have made this requirement convenient and affordable. Please Read Below

Special Note for San Bernardino County andKern County Courts: If you are an Out of State resident you do not need to meet this new requirement.

Various courts are now requiring all students to have their Identity Verified while taking the final exam. This is a procedure where you will be required too show proof of your identity.

Don't Worry Not Guilty Traffic School allows our students to use any notary services that they choose To meet this requirement it will be necessary for you to use the services of a Notary Public. You can find a Notary Public office in any state or city. They are in the yellow pages or on the Internet. The fee's for using a Notary Public in California per Signature is limited to $10.00 Dollars. Notary Publics can be located at Escrow Offices, Banks, Kinko's, Private Mailbox services and there are mobile Notary Publics also. Any fees required by the Notary Public will be your responsibility.
